These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88eff ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 88eff platform at 88eff.bet and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply using any part of the 88eff platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the English language version. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not create binding obligations on 88eff beyond the English text.

88eff reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 88eff platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88eff strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 88eff account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 88eff or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current at all times. 88eff may request supporting documentation to verify any detail you provide.

Registrations made using false, misleading, or incomplete information will be voided. Any winnings accrued on such accounts are subject to forfeiture at 88eff's absolute discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 88eff platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 88eff login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any third party. All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 88eff immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. 88eff will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. 88eff will notify you via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee, as detailed in the platform fee schedule.

88eff accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third-party sources, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

88eff does not charge transaction fees on deposits made through Pakistani payment methods. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges, for which 88eff bears no responsibility. All deposit amounts are displayed and processed in PKR at the time of the transaction.

By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are not derived from any unlawful activity. 88eff is obligated under its international gaming licence to apply anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and may request source-of-funds documentation in connection with significant deposits.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified 88eff account holders. Verification (KYC) requires submission of: (a) a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of address dated within the last three months; and (c) where applicable, verification of the payment method used for deposit.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 88eff does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Withdrawal processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 30 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT).
• SadaPay: Instant to 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• USDT TRC20: Processed within 30 minutes following internal compliance review.

88eff does not charge withdrawal fees on PKR transactions to Pakistani payment methods. For USDT TRC20 withdrawals, a nominal network gas fee may be applied as disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

88eff offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and withdrawal caps, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 88eff promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless a promotion specifies deposit + bonus.
• Withdrawing real money funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any active bonus and associated winnings.
• 88eff reserves the right to refuse, modify, or reclaim a bonus if it determines, at its discretion, that eligibility criteria were not met or that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.

All games available on the 88eff platform — including live casino titles, slots, sports betting markets, E-Sports, Dragon Gate, and cricket betting — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

All casino games on 88eff use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is published in the game information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and wheel mechanics, recorded by multiple cameras.

Sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL betting, are subject to 88eff's standard sports betting rules. Key provisions include:

• Bets are void if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned without a result.
• In-play bets are final once accepted by the 88eff system and confirmed on your bet slip.
• 88eff reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds resulting from technical error or human input mistake.

In the event of a disputed game outcome or technical malfunction, 88eff will conduct an investigation using server-side logs and, where applicable, RNG audit trails. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88eff platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one 88eff account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through structured deposits, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money laundering: Using 88eff to deposit, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or sports betting.
• Use of bots or automation: Using automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human input device to interact with the 88eff platform.
• Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the integrity of any event or game offered by 88eff.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another person, 88eff staff member, or regulatory authority.
• Abuse of support staff: Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward any 88eff employee or agent.

88eff is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered 88eff account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; reductions are immediate.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88eff platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content; modify or create derivative works; reverse engineer any software component; or use any automated data extraction or scraping tools on the platform.

Any use of the 88eff brand, trademarks, or copyrighted material without prior written consent from 88eff is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88eff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 88eff platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

88eff makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. While 88eff employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, no system can guarantee absolute security.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, 88eff's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, 88eff's total aggregate liability to any one player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the preceding 12 months.

88eff collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 88eff, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 88eff includes, but is not limited to: registration details, identity verification documents, payment method information, gaming history, device identifiers, and IP addresses. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and communication purposes.

88eff will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or under the obligations of our international gaming licence.

You may request closure of your 88eff account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a verified account holder, 88eff will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.

88eff may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• 88eff is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• Continued operation of your account presents a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to 88eff.
• Your account has remained dormant for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

In the event of account closure initiated by 88eff due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at 88eff's sole discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88eff holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 88eff, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may submit a formal complaint by contacting 88eff support via live chat, providing full details of the issue, the date it arose, and any relevant evidence. 88eff will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani players retain all rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation in Pakistan.
